www.2iim.com is a website owned and maintained by Fermat Education, an Education Services Firm that has its registered office at Chennai, and which is involved in helping students prepare for the CAT and other Entrance Examinations conducted in India and elsewhere.

2IIM offers Products of various descriptions, including Classroom Coaching, Online Coaching, Study Material and Mock CAT Series for students aspiring to take the CAT. Delivery Policy
2IIM undertakes to dispatch our Study Material within 3 working days of purchase. We use reputed Courier Services like Professional Couriers, Blue Dart and DTDC. For locations that are not serviced by these providers, we will use Speed Post from India Post. For delivery addresses in North India, we will ship by air.

From the time of dispatch, we estimate that you will receive the material within an additional three working days, provided the courier service functions normally, with out inclement weather hindering delivery. Usually, and if the student requests, we will also send an email with the consignment number so that the student can track the package.

Refund Policy
2IIM does not refund any amount once we have shipped your material, or activated your accounts. Any cancellations prior to this can be made by sending us an email at swami@2iim.com or bharath@2iim.com , or by calling us at +91 99626 48484. In case any online transaction is flagged by the Payment Gateway as high risk, 2IIM reserves the right to cancel the transaction or hold it pending further confirmation from the customer.
